ConnectOS is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Patient Coordination & Bookings to guide a dedicated team responsible for patient booking coordination and scheduling. You will drive service excellence, accuracy in bookings, and strong team performance.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership, coaching, and a track record of achieving KPI goals within a healthcare or patient services environment. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities within Metro

- Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and quality monitoring.
