Job summary

TGT GLOBAL is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to own scheduling, coordination and day-to-day patient operations across Eastwood, QC and Cebu. You will streamline patient journeys and ensure a smooth flow from registration to clinician handoff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare administration, excellent English, and experience managing high-volume scheduling. This onsite role offers growth, a dynamic culture and AU/NZ shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare administration or related roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English with patients and clinicians.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology.
• Experience coordinating complex scheduling and patient pathways.
• Willingness to work onsite in Eastwood, QC or Cebu (AU/NZ shift).

Responsibilities

• Own patient bookings, scheduling and day-to-day patient flow.
• Monitor patient movement through the service and identify delays or missing information.
• Coordinate between patients, clinicians and internal operational teams.
• Understand clinical and operational requests and interpret them accurately.
• Resolve booking and flow problems independently, escalating only when needed.
• Ensure patients are with the right clinician at the right stage with complete information.
• Maintain accurate, timely records across systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and health professionals.
• Identify recurring issues and help design simpler, reliable processes.
• Take ownership from problem identification to resolution.
