The incumbent will support charge entry, front-end processes, and credentialing activities, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering courteous, patient-centered service in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• HS/GED plus 3+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or Associates plus 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front end patient access and registration.
• Perform insurance/coverage verification.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and charge entry.
• Support billing and managed care tasks; handle inquiries.
• Provide general administrative duties and document management.
