Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Patient Access Representative to ensure accurate ED patient registration and billing information. This role supports ED staff in central and pod/treatment areas, handling data entry, insurance eligibility, and coordinating with Admitting.

The position is full-time (40 hours, M-F 7:30 AM-4:00 PM) in a high-volume ED environment. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospital registration or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus, healthcare experience is valued.
