Qualifications

Diploma or formal training in pastry craft or culinary arts preferred.
Strong pastry knowledge across breads, desserts, and viennoiserie.
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising and coordinating a designated pastry section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods per recipes and quality standards.
Maintain mise en place to support efficient production and service.
Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, appearance, and portion control.
Support pre-opening pastry kitchen activities, including setup, trials, and readiness preparations.
