Job summary

Chef's Secret Inc. seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to lead production in a high-volume bakery environment in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate has proven pastry leadership, hands-on experience with large-scale ovens and mixers, and a formal culinary arts background.

This role requires team leadership, scheduling, and ensuring consistency across all pastry outputs. Experience in commissary or central kitchen is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Lead Baker, or Production Supervisor.
• Strong capability to manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate a team.
• Expert in large-scale baking equipment operation, portion control, and workflows.
• Graduate of Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Technology, or related field preferred.
