Job summary

Ability to handle carry-on standards and accommodate passengers with special needs is required, with duties including boarding announcements and incident reporting for baggage mishaps.

Responsibilities

• Checks-in passengers at the check-in counters.
• Checks documents of passengers to the final destination.
• Inspects and issues tickets and boarding passes for initial and subsequent destinations.
• Tags check-in baggage to the final destination.
• Tears boarding passes at the boarding gate.
• Inspects carry-on luggage to meet airline/airport standards.
• Notes passengers with special needs for boarding, check-in and arrival.
• Performs boarding announcements.
• Ensures accurate passenger counts on board.
• Completes property irregularity reports for mishandled baggage at arrival.
