• Responsible for sourcing of potential candidates for vacant positions.
• Interview and screen applicants (via phone, video and in person).
• Facilitate examination of applicants.
• Secure 201 file of newly hires and ensure the completeness of pre-employment requirements.
• Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
• Responsible for ensuring the availability and deployment of relievers for all employee absences per shift.
• Reporting of AWOL and resigned employees to main office.
• Disciplinary Action issuance such as tardiness and other minor offenses. Major offense should course through to Legal department.
• Do the timekeeping.
• Issuance of Back to work, uniform, Company ID and HMO.
• Update Masterfile, Uniform and DA Tracker.

All other administrative task needed.
