Job Summary:

The Parts Warehouseman is responsible for the proper receiving, storage, organization, monitoring, and issuance of automotive parts and other materials within the dealership warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory records, proper handling of company assets, and efficient parts movement to support the Sales and Service Departments. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Properly label, organize, and store parts according to established warehouse procedures.

• Inventory Management
  
  
  
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and materials.
  
  
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual shocks with system records.
  
  
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and report them promptly to the supervisor.
