• Process Parts Orders for all parts requests
• Monitor Parts Order at Portal and communicate with local Parts man and suppliers
• Process Parts and freight payables and monitor due dates
• Monitor the inbound and outbound of Parts
• Check and verify receiving and issuance reports
• Update parts monitoring reports in Google Drive
• Assist in providing administrative support in daily operations
