Job summary

Good Neighbors Humanitarian Development Philippines is seeking a project-based coordinator to build partnerships with TESDA, DepEd, LGUs, and other stakeholders. The role supports trainee recruitment, screening, enrollment, and successful training implementation, with facilitation of job placement and microfinance access.

The position monitors progress over a 10-month contract period. The ideal candidate holds a related degree, has at least one year in community development or partnership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Education, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in community development, training coordination, livelihood, employment facilitation, or partnership management
• Knowledge of TESDA programs, employment services, government agencies, and local stakeholder engagement is an advantage
• Strong coordination, networking, and relationship-building with government agencies, training institutions, employers, and community partners
• Good communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and build partnerships with TESDA, DepEd, LGUs, DOLE/PESO, accredited Technical Vocational Institutes, and other stakeholders to support trainee recruitment, screening, enrollment and successful training implementation
• Facilitate job placement and entrepreneurship opportunities through industry linkages, career support, and access to microfinance services
• Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes
