Shinagawa LASIK & Aesthetics Center Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a motivated Marketing and Partnerships Assistant to support B2C and B2B initiatives, qualify leads, and coordinate with partner organizations.

You will work from Ortigas, Pasig City, assisting in field activities, preparing presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with schools, offices, LGUs, and community groups to achieve sales objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in B2C account/management encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in presentation preparation and delivery.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end‑to‑end acquisition of B2C and B2B partnerships, including lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and securing initial engagement from potential partners such as schools, offices, LGUs, and community groups.
• Support fieldwork and client visits by presenting healthcare services, assisting in needs assessments, and building relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Develop presentation materials and coordinate partnership pitches led by the supervisor, ensuring professional materials are accurate and organized.
• Assist in partnership discussions by preparing required documents and materials, ensuring terms are documented and communicated.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Legal to plan on‑site activities like health events, medical check‑ups, and brand activations at partner locations.
• Act as liaison between the company and partner organizations, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Monitor event execution to ensure delivery of services, sales objectives, and customer feedback collection.
• Assist in developing marketing collaterals for partners to share on their platforms.
