Job summary

Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetics Center Corporation in Pasig is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Day-Shift) to manage inquiries and appointments on-site. You will handle social media interactions, promote services, and support patients through treatments.

The role requires 2+ years in call center work, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with a willingness to be stationed at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's Degree.
• Senior High School graduates with call center experience are accepted.
• At least 2 years of call center experience is required.
• Outbound calling and upselling experience is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Willing to work on-site at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: handle patient and customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints from social media and Shinagawa booking platform, escalating when necessary.
• Manage patient appointments for consultations, surgeries, and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, guiding them on treatments and medical information.
• Analyze daily inbound operations to provide insights for marketing and sales.
• Ensure qualified inquiries convert into appointments or sales.
• Outbound: make 20–30 outbound calls daily to prospective leads from online platforms.
• Promote services, address objections, and secure appointments with high conversion.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and generate leads through referrals.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
