Job summary

World Vision Philippines is seeking an Institutional Engagement Specialist in Quezon City to build strategic partnerships with schools and churches, drive fundraising opportunities, and advance direct marketing efforts that support children’s well-being.

You will manage relationships with administrators, pastors, and students, coordinate with regional and field offices, and contribute to fundraising materials and reports while upholding WV’s safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of direct marketing sales and fundraising.
• Creative and/or technical writing skills.
• Good grasp of trends in corporate and development sectors and civil society groups.
• Reliable networking, partnership building and collaboration abilities.
• Strong listening, facilitation and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with schools and churches for new funding opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with school administrators, students, and pastors.
• Maintain, update, and grow records/databases of partner schools and churches.
• Develop and implement strategic institutional engagement/partnership and direct marketing strategies to increase acquisition.
• Promote local fundraising efforts through production of proposals, decks and collaterals in line with WVDF standards.
• Prepare and submit periodic/monthly reports and proposals to increase monthly targets.
• Coordinate with WVI, regional office, support offices, and field offices for alignment of strategies.
