Job summary

World Vision is seeking an Institutional Engagement Specialist based in Quezon City to build partnerships with schools and churches for fundraising and resource development in support of our programs for vulnerable children.

The role focuses on identifying new funding opportunities, managing relationships with school administrators and pastors, maintaining partner records, and coordinating with internal units to align strategies and meet monthly targets while upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of substantial fundraising and direct marketing experience.
• Knowledge and skill in direct marketing sales, and fundraising.
• Strong writing ability for creative and/or technical materials.
• Good grasp of trends in corporate and development sectors.
• Reliable networking and collaboration skills.
• Good listening, facilitation, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with schools and churches for funding opportunities.
• Manage relationships with school administrators, students, and pastors.
• Maintain and grow records/database of partner schools and churches.
• Participate in development and implementation of engagement strategies to boost target acquisition.
• Promote local fundraising through direct marketing materials aligned with WV standards.
• Prepare monthly accomplishment reports and proposals to increase monthly targets.
• Coordinate with WVI, regional office, support offices, and field offices for alignment of strategies.
