About the Job

The Partner Relations Specialist is responsible for driving online sales and enhancing customer experience through effective product management and merchandising strategies. This role involves curating merchant & brand pages, optimizing product information, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of Shoppingmall.ph. A key part of the role is engaging MPL Merchants by communicating HC driven campaigns and encouraging participation. The role will develop merchant programs that educate and motivate merchants on how to maximize their partnership with Home Credit through Shoppingmall.ph.

What You'll Do

The Partner Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in SMPH's online merchandising operations – significantly impacting customer experience, brand visibility, merchant success, and overall sales.

• Manage communication of HC campaigns to merchants to encourage participation
• Develop strategies to increase mirroring of merchant deals in their physical shops on Marketplace
• Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns based on performance metrics (reach, frequency, response rates)
• Develop and implement strategic partnerships with other companies for merchant benefit
• Coordinate with internal departments to support merchant-related projects
• Initiate merchant surveys with the Product team to capture sentiment and identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze data from websites, social media, mobile apps to improve marketing initiatives
• Co-manage development of Merchant pages for selected merchants
