Job summary

Thumbtack in Makati seeks a Partner Operations Analyst to help keep our partnerships business running smoothly and scale its processes. You will own partner onboarding and ongoing operational support, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to turn new initiatives into repeatable operations.

You’ll work across cross-functional teams, build automation and AI-enabled workflows, and help launch new pilots while navigating ambiguity with ownership and structured problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, partner or account management, customer success, or support operations.
• Experience owning a process end to end from mapping to improvement.
• Track record delivering a cross-functional project with clear results.
• Comfort with Salesforce, Jira, dashboards; exposure to APIs and product integrations.
• Experience using AI or automation to reduce manual work.
• Clear written and verbal English; comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work U.S. hours, including graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner onboarding pipeline end-to-end from Application Portal to Pro Marketplace.
• Provide ongoing account management for high-value software and marketing partners.
• Lead independent projects from scoping to delivery, improving processes and systems.
• Build and maintain automation and AI tools for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Support pilots and new partnership launches from fulfillment to feedback collection.
• Collaborate with Engineering, external developers, Partnerships, and Support to resolve issues.
• Keep workflows and Jira dashboards updated for leadership visibility.
