Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, partner or account management, customer success, or support operations.
• Experience owning end-to-end processes from mapping to improvement.
• Track record delivering cross-functional projects with plans and dependencies.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Jira, and spreadsheets; dashboards or reports.
• Experience using AI or automation to reduce manual work.
• Clear written and verbal English with non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work U.S. hours, including graveyard shifts.
• Actual offered salaries will vary based on calibration and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner onboarding pipeline from Application Portal to Pro Marketplace.
• Provide ongoing account management for high-value software and marketing partners.
• Lead independent projects from scoping to delivery with timelines and dependencies.
• Build and maintain automation, including AI tools, for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Support new pilots and partnership launches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, partnerships, and Support to test tools and improvements.
• Keep Jira dashboards current and visible to leadership.
