Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Partner Operations Analyst to ensure smooth partnerships operations and scalable processes. You will own onboarding, partner support, and cross-functional project delivery, leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows.

You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to launch new programs and improve tooling while maintaining organized, auditable processes across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, partner or account management, customer success, or support ops
• Experience owning a process end to end from mapping to improvement
• Track record delivering cross-functional projects with clear results
• Comfortable with Salesforce, Jira, dashboards/reports; exposure to APIs and product integrations
• Experience using AI or automation tools to cut manual work
• Clear written and verbal English with external partners
• Able to work U.S. hours, including graveyard shifts, with occasional schedule changes

Responsibilities

• Own partner onboarding pipeline from Application Portal to Pro Marketplace and keep partners live
• Provide ongoing account management for high-value software and marketing partners
• Lead independent projects from scoping to delivery and manage timelines across teams
• Build and maintain automation and AI tools for data collection, tracking, and reporting
• Support pilots and partnership launches from fulfillment to feedback
• Collaborate with Engineering, external developers, Partnerships, and Support on tool testing and improvements
• Keep workflows, documentation, and Jira dashboards current for leadership visibility
