Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. seeks a Partner Development Manager to shape and execute the partner program across the ASEAN region, building mind share and broad use of AWS services with key partners.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, legal and support teams, recruit and onboard partners, and develop long-term strategic alliances to drive revenue and customer success in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Balance of sales and analytical background with extensive channel/alliances exp in Philippines.
• Degree/MBA in relevant disciplines with at least ten years in software/tech.
• Strong verbal and written communications; ability to work across teams.
• Experience in Enterprise Selling as Account Manager or overlay sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the ASEAN Partner Development team driving AWS partner strategy.
• Develop and recruit a group of committed regional partners and education/measurement plans.
• Develop and execute the strategic business development plan with internal stakeholders.
• Create business value propositions for partners and educate them on AWS solutions.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior management on progress and roadblocks.
