Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong AP/AR/payroll and bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, or cash flow management.
• Experience in small or mid-sized businesses.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience reviewing accounting processes and identifying discrepancies.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and bookkeeping workflows.
• Review accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify accounting issues, discrepancies, and process gaps proactively.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained according to best practices.
• Review vendor invoices, customer invoices, and payment activity.
• Monitor receivable balances and collections efforts.
• Assist with resolving complex billing or payment issues and improve workflows.
• Review payroll information and payment documentation.
• Maintain payroll-related controls and documentation.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations.
