Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven accounting or senior bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Bill.com proficiency.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and general ledger understanding.
• Advanced MS Excel for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• Manage accounts payable cycles and vendor payments via Bill.com.
• Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, receipts, and collections.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support monthly close, journal entries, and prepare leadership reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
