• Knowledge of intellectual property rights, copyright, freedom of expression, press freedom, and related media laws.
• Familiarity with Philippine laws and legal frameworks relevant to multimedia and creative professionals.
• Ability to discuss legal cases and real-world industry scenarios in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Passion for mentoring college students and helping them understand their legal and ethical responsibilities as future creative professionals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate lectures, discussions, and case-based activities on multimedia laws, ethics, and principles.
• Introduce students to legal terminology and frameworks relevant to media, arts, and communications.
• Discuss intellectual property, copyright, freedom of expression, press freedom, and other relevant legal issues.
• Use relevant and precedent-setting cases to help students understand practical legal challenges in the industry.
• Connect legal concepts to real-world multimedia, creative, and communications practices.
• Guide students in identifying ethical considerations and legal risks in their professional work.
• Encourage critical discussion on the rights, responsibilities, and limitations of media and arts practitioners.
• Share relevant industry experiences and current developments in media, technology, and creative-industry regulation.
