Qualifications

Relevant Post-graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts.
Post-graduate higher studies preferred.
2–4 years of extensive industry experience.
1–2 years of formal teaching or training experience.
Excellent command of the English Language (written and verbal).
Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage.
Up-to-date with current trends and tech in Multimedia Arts and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Implement classroom management to promote critical thinking and positive life values.
Develop curricula addressing learning differences and industry needs.
Use instructional technologies to enhance student learning.
Communicate with students to check for understanding and reinforce goals.
Monitor student performance with clear standards and provide feedback for improvement.
Maximize instructional time by grouping students or working individually as needed.
Demonstrate mastery of the content and teaching skills.
Model exemplary behavior towards students and peers.
Enforce school policies as stated in the school manual.
Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure holistic student development.
Participate in all school activities and professional development.
