Job summary

Coconut is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage agency relationships, coordinate campaigns, and maintain CRM-driven lifecycle marketing. The role involves content support, campaign launches, and analytics to optimize performance across channels.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with email marketing and GoHighLevel or similar tools. This is a flexible 20-hour/week remote position with international time-zone coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with email or lifecycle marketing and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; brand consistency.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and partners.
• Familiarity with marketing stack including social tools and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agency and partner activities across paid, web, design, and outreach.
• Review and provide feedback on creative work ensuring brand alignment.
• Support content creation and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Build and maintain lifecycle, engagement, and nurture campaigns in CRM.
• Collaborate with RevOps to track marketing performance and provide insights.
• Help launch campaigns and manage calendars and timelines.
• Plan and execute trade shows and campaigns from assets to follow-up.
