Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
NC III in Computer Programming (Java)
Trainer's Methodology (TM) relevant to Computer Programming (Java).
Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher (LET) passer.
Relevant industry, teaching, or training experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Java programming and relevant development tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical activities related to Computer Programming and Java.
Facilitate hands-on programming exercises and coding activities.
Prepare instructional materials, learning activities, and assessments aligned with course competencies.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in developing programming, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades.
Provide appropriate academic guidance and support to students.
Participate in faculty meetings, orientations, training, and other academic activities as required.
Coordinate with the School Principal and concerned academic personnel regarding course requirements and student progress.
Perform other academic and instructional duties as may be assigned.
