Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
• NC II in Animation.
• Trainer's Methodology (TM) relevant to Animation.
• Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher (LET) passer.
• Relevant industry, teaching, or training experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in relevant Animation tools, software, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical activities related to Animation.
• Facilitate hands-on learning activities aligned with the prescribed course competencies.
• Prepare instructional materials, learning activities, and assessments.
• Assess and monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and other required academic records.
• Provide appropriate guidance and support to students throughout the course.
• Participate in faculty meetings, orientations, training, and other academic activities as required.
• Coordinate with the School Principal and concerned academic personnel regarding course requirements and student progress.
• Perform other academic and instructional duties as may be assigned.
