Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to support Australian wealth management decisions. You will prepare compliant SoAs, develop financial models for SMSFs and trusts, and ensure regulatory compliance across structures. The role offers hybrid work from Makati, a strong mentorship program, and exposure to global leaders.

You'll work with experienced advisers, use Xplan, RG 146 is preferred, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing upskilling through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of paraplanning experience.
• Experience in insurance pre-assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with financial advisers.
• RG 146 accreditation, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise, accurate, and compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) for Australian financial advisory clients.
• Develop financial models for SMSFs, trusts, and company structures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Australian legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Lead or manage small teams as required to support team objectives and operational efficiency.
• Utilize the full capabilities of Xplan to prepare financial plans, develop financial models, and generate reports.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with financial advisers through written and verbal channels.

The Qualifications We Seek

Professional Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in paraplanning.
• Experience in insurance pre-assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when collaborating with financial advisers.

Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in Xplan financial planning software, preferred.
• Exposure to financial adviser strategy discussions, advantageous.
• RG 146 accreditation, preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Your Daily Tasks
