Responsibilities

• Assist the lawyer in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents for case filings.
• Appear as authorized representatives in small claims cases and other proceedings where permitted.
• Liaise with courts, law enforcement, and other government agencies on legal matters.
• Coordinate with the Collections Group on case requirements and status updates.
• Conduct legal research and gather supporting documents for issues.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
