Home Credit Philippines is seeking a paralegal to assist lawyers in the Litigation Division. You will handle case filings, follow court progress, attend hearings, and organize files to support litigation work.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of paralegal experience, strong writing and research skills, and be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Willingness to travel nationwide is required, and the role offers a hybrid work setup with opportunities to train in our international offices.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience as a Paralegal.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Pleading writings skills.
• Good legal research skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers in handling cases under the Litigation Division.
• Monitor progress of cases including follow-up with the court or quasi-judicial agency.
• Attend meetings and hearings as permitted by relevant rules and policies.
• Filing and service of pleadings and allied documents.
• Organize and update the case files.
• Draft simple pleadings, letters, and documents for Litigation Lawyers.
• Maintain good business relations with other departments by providing assistance.
