Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of paralegal work experience.
• Prior involvement in data privacy matters is desirable.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in researching laws, regulations, and precedents for case strategy.
• Review contracts and service agreements with client accounts.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and correspondence.
• Assist with case management, investigations, witness interviews, and deadlines.
• Maintain organized paper and electronic legal documents.
• Develop and implement data privacy policies in line with RA 10173.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments for compliance.
• Educate employees on data privacy principles and procedures.
• Serve as point of contact for data protection authorities.
• Respond to inquiries from data subjects and handle data breaches per procedures.
