Job summary

The candidate should have a law degree (LLB preferred) and at least 1 year in a paralegal role, with knowledge of RA 10173 beneficial. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Paralegal duties and data privacy work require legal knowledge and strong written communication.
• Experience with reviewing contracts and service agreements is preferred.
• Familiarity with Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Review contracts and service agreements; draft documents.
• Support case management, investigations, and hearing prep.
• Develop and maintain data privacy policies aligned with RA 10173.
• Conduct privacy audits, risk assessments, and employee trainings.
