Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a paralegal for an on-site position in Makati. The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) preferred.

Responsibilities include researching laws for case strategies, reviewing client contracts, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, and supporting case management from fact gathering to deadline management. Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• With relevant education and/or certification, preferably Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate.
• Strong emphasis on research, drafting, and case-management support.

Responsabilités

• Keep abreast of and conduct research on relevant laws, regulations and legal precedents in support of developing case strategies.
• Assist in reviewing contracts and service agreements with client accounts.
• Assist in drafting various legal documents such as pleadings and correspondences.
• Assist with all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and evidence gathering, witness interviews, preparation for hearings and trials, organization of exhibits and management of deadlines.
• Organize and maintain legal documents and evidences, in both paper and electronic filing systems.
