FSG Technology Ventures, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a capable paralegal or new lawyer to support the legal team. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing contracts, notices, memoranda, and responses, plus performing comprehensive legal research.

Responsibilities include assisting with hearings, regulatory filings, corporate documents, and meeting minutes. A degree in Legal Management or Political Science is required, with strong writing skills and sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in reviewing and drafting correspondences and legal documents, including contracts, letters, memoranda, and responses to stakeholders.
• Assist in preparations and provide support for cases, hearings, trials, arbitration, mediation, regulatory and administrative proceedings.
• Review and research laws and regulations relevant to operations.
• Assist in drafting and filing corporate and legal documents with courts, government agencies, or regulatory bodies.
• Provide administrative support and prepare minutes of meetings and corporate proceedings.
• Organize and manage electronic and physical corporate files and documents.
• Assist in other legal and regulatory matters of the Company.

JOB PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS:

• Paralegal candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or other relates courses (preferably with Law units or a Juris Doctor/Bachelor of Laws degree);

• New lawyers/recent Bar passers or practicing are also encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in reviewing and drafting correspondences and legal documents of FSG Tech and other FSG companies, including but not limited to the following: contracts/agreements, certifications, memoranda, notices, letters, briefs, and responses to complaints/requests from stakeholders;

• Assist in preparations and provide support for cases/complaints, legal hearings and trial, arbitration, mediation, regulatory, and/or administrative proceedings involving FSG Tech and other FSG companies;

• Review/conduct research on laws, rules and regulations that are relevant to the operations of FSG Tech and other FSG companies;

• Assist in drafting and filing corporate and legal documents with the courts, government agencies, and or regulatory bodies;

• Provide administrative support for and prepare minutes of meetings/corporate proceedings, as needed;

• Organize and manage electronic and physical corporate files/documents;

• Assist in other legal and regulatory matters of the Company
