Under direct mentorship from senior brokers, you will develop credit assessment and file structuring skills, aiming for faster closures while maintaining professional client communication and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Industry Track Record: Proven client-facing experience in an Australian mortgage brokerage.
• Credit & Lending Literacy: Deep understanding of residential lending and complex self-employed files.
• Communication Command: Fluent English with professional, direct delivery.
• Australian Market Familiarity: Experience working with Australian clients and market nuances.
• Pipeline Tenacity: Excellent organization and proactive follow-up with many client touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead revival and triage inbound leads to re-activate high-volume prospects.
• Schedule discovery conversations and secure high-value consultation bookings.
• Coordinate with senior brokers to collect outstanding client documentation.
• Maintain an authoritative, professional tone with clients to prevent bottlenecks.
• Master proprietary assessment methods and gradually assume more deal-writing responsibility.
