Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps-focused Principal Systems Engineer to support and operate PAM and Non-Human Identity (NHI) solutions across IT and OT.

You will enable secure integration of secrets management within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated access for human and non-human identities while maintaining compliance and high availability. The role requires strong operational capabilities, incident resolution skills, and collaboration across development, security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Education aligned with IT security and IAM, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Hands-on PAM experience in hybrid IT/OT environments is required.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python) and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, network security, and access control practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for PAM and NHI systems with high availability.
• Perform health checks, updates, and maintenance for compliance.
• Troubleshoot privileged access and identity management issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with OT teams to integrate PAM in industrial systems.
• Operate identity lifecycle management for human and non-human identities.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and compliance reports.
• Identify opportunities to optimize PAM/NHI operations and automation.
