Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage paid digital advertising campaigns from a work-from-home setup. You will navigate across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience in a media agency is preferred.
• Hands-on experience buying ads on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or programmatic channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Previous experience in a media agency is preferred
• Hands‑on experience buying ads on one or more of the following platforms: Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic channels

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in PPC and social media advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully executing multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns and driving ROI across both small and large budgets
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and collaborate with team leads to generate media and creative insights and optimizations

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations
• Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders through written reports and presentations
