Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Digital Ads Specialist to drive performance for client campaigns from a work-from-home setup. The role requires hands-on buying across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other programmatic channels.

You will optimize multi-channel campaigns and analyze performance data to deliver ROI. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in paid digital advertising, preferably with a media agency background, and a track record of managing budgets across small to large spend

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Agency experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience buying ads on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or programmatic channels

Your Role

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Previous experience in a media agency is preferred
• Hands-on experience buying ads on one or more of the following platforms: Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic channels

• Strong expertise in PPC and social media advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully executing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns and driving ROI across both small and large budgets
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and collaborate with team leads to generate media and creative insights and optimizations
  
  

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations
• Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders through written reports and presentations
