Senior Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

We are an E-commerce Trading Company working with established 7-figure D2C brands across Europe. We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on profitable ROAS and sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional with deep expertise in European markets, strong analytical skills, and hands‑on experience managing campaigns in multiple languages.

Hybrid role – Makati site

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns for 7‑figure D2C brands
• Drive consistent profitable ROAS across European markets
• Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reports
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support long‑term growth
• Manage and navigate campaigns in European languages

Key Requirements

Google Ads Experience

• Minimum 3 consecutive years with the same agency, managing 7‑figure or larger D2C brands

OR

• Minimum 3 consecutive years with a brand related to bathroom accessories

Meta Ads Experience

• Minimum 3 consecutive years with the same agency, managing 7‑figure or larger D2C brands

OR

• Minimum 3 consecutive years with a brand related to bathroom accessories or kitchen knife categories

Performance & Results

• Must provide verifiable past results
• At least one case study with ROAS of 5 or higher

European Market Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience running Google Ads for European markets
• Hands‑on experience in at least one European language:

French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch

• Ability to confidently manage and optimize campaigns in foreign languages
