Job summary

Ethnik Living is seeking a Creative Strategist to own our paid media creative strategy, develop customer personas, and build a scalable pipeline of profitable ads. You will lead creative sprints with a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, guide creators, and take projects from research through production to launch.

You should write compelling copy, interpret results, and move work forward independently. You will work across short-form and long-form video, UGC, product demos, and static ads,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, direct-response copywriting, or content creation at a DTC brand or agency.
• A portfolio of paid ads with your contribution, hypothesis, results, and learnings.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta advertising, UGC, and creative conventions for short-form video platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling to develop hooks and longer narratives.
• Ability to read Ads Manager reports and connect performance patterns to briefs and tests.
• Experience directing designers, editors, or creators and managing multiple projects to delivery.
• Comfort using Particl, Foreplay, or similar tools and explain how research informs decisions.
• Initiative, sound judgment, and clear communication; work quickly and revise assumptions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer research and messaging to build persona-based strategies.
• Develop weekly creative concepts across video, UGC, product demos, static ads, carousels, and animation.
• Own a rolling testing roadmap across personas, formats, and offers; balance new concepts with proven ads.
• Lead production sprints; guide designers and marketing managers and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a library of hooks, scripts, briefs, and proven concepts for quick testing.
• Coordinate with product launches and landing pages to align ad messages with other channels.
