You’ll brief video and design teams, monitor weekly performance, and decide what to scale or kill with clear reasoning. Native English, self-direction, and Meta Ads experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct-response copywriting for paid social (agency or in-house).
• Native-level written English with North American tone.
• Comfort reading Meta Ads Manager reports and forming opinions.
• Local-service, home-improvement or lead-gen experience is a strong plus.
• Self-directed work style; capable of owning accounts/data.

Responsibilities

• Write hooks, primary text, headlines, and lead-form questions for campaigns.
• Provide complete ad copy packages per concept for testing.
• Brief video/design teams with scripts and references.
• Review weekly performance (CPL, leads) and decide scaling actions with reasons.
• Maintain and update the hook/body component library.
