Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO) to drive strategy and execution across our online channels. You will lead Google Ads, SEO, and SEM initiatives to improve visibility, traffic, and revenue in the Philippines market.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management, and collaboration with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices across landing pages and marketing materials. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience with focus on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Proven success in driving online visibility, traffic and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and digital advertising best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to align content with SEO.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports.
