Job summary

Pru Life UK in Manila seeks a results-oriented Paid Media & SEO Specialist to plan and manage paid digital campaigns across search, display, and social channels. You will optimize SEM and paid media strategies to maximize conversions and collaborate with brand teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

You will lead SEO strategy, on-page and technical optimization, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to improve brand search visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid digital campaigns across search, display, and social channels.
• Optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and paid media strategies to maximize conversions.
• Work with brand and propositions teams to ensure timely delivery of paid campaigns.
• Lead SEO strategy, keyword research, and website optimization to improve organic rankings.
• Work with content and web teams to ensure on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Monitor and analyze performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve brand search visibility and popularity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of initiatives that strengthen brand search presence.
• Implement tracking, attribution, and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee performance dashboards to ensure stakeholder visibility across campaign performance.
• Continuously analyze and refine strategies based on performance data and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven recommendations and optimization initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven segmentation to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Leverage first-party and third-party data to enhance targeting and personalization.
• Manage media budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign forecasting to drive efficiency.
• Oversee relationships with external partners and ad platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Experiment with new media platforms, ad formats, and targeting strategies to improve campaign outcomes
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and trends to keep digital marketing channels, platforms, and executions competitive and innovative, primarily in the ever-evolving space of Search
• Explore opportunities to integrate new features or tools to enhance digital marketing and search capabilities
• Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
• Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported.
