Thomson Medical Pte Ltd invites applications for a Senior Staff Nurse to lead the daily operations of Thomson Paediatric Centre. As clinic in-charge, you will oversee administration, scheduling, patient registration, billing, inventory, staff rosters and service recovery.

The role requires a registered nurse with current license, at least five years of nursing experience including two years in clinic administration or supervision; paediatric outpatient experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license and practicing certificate.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with 2+ years in clinic operations or supervision.
• Experience in paediatric outpatient setting is a plus.
• Proficient with billing/claims processes and clinic admin systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; accountable for clinic operations.
• BCLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily clinic operations, acting as operational lead and first contact for admin matters, patient registration, scheduling and queue management.
• Manage billing, invoicing, payment collection and claims submission, resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory and vendor relationships to keep the clinic well-stocked and running efficiently.
• Oversee rosters for front-counter and administrative staff, and guide/train Clinic Assistants.
• Ensure clinic documentation and processes stay aligned with licensing requirements, supporting audits.
• Act as go-to person for patient/parent feedback and service recovery, escalate complex matters as needed.
• Represent clinic operations when liaising with Finance, HR, Facilities and Paediatricians on admin and scheduling matters.
• Provide clinical support/back-up during staff shortages or peak periods, within scope of practice.
