Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Philippines is seeking a capable production shift supervisor to assist the workshop supervisor in daily operations. You will help ensure work instructions are followed and lead toolbox meetings with operators.

You will monitor KPIs, support 5S and safety initiatives, organize overtime as needed, and foster a collaborative, respectful shop floor culture while guiding a capable team toward consistent output.

Qualifications

• At least college graduate.
• With experience in handling people.
• With experience in a manufacturing set-up.
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist workshop supervisor in implementing work instructions.
• Support 5S and Safety programs for personnel.
• Proactively analyze daily shift results and monitor production parameters.
• Monitor shift KPIs: product quality, labor and machine productivity, material usage, and expenses.
• Arrange schedules and coordinate overtime as needed.
• Collaborate with operators to foster trust, respect and a positive shop floor attitude.
• Lead daily production toolbox meetings with operators.
