The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and collaboration with quality, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Competenze

• Strong production and operations management skills with capacity planning and shop floor supervision.
• Experience with quality assurance, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, preventive maintenance, and basic industrial engineering principles.
• Proficiency in production management software, data analysis tools, and standard office applications to track metrics and generate reports.
• Effective leadership, team-building, and performance management abilities with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
