Job summary

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to promote packaging solutions and build strong customer relationships in the Philippines.

The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, presenting products, and supporting orders with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow with the company, with a minimum of 1 year in sales and a degree in business or marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B, packaging, manufacturing or FMCG.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Understand customers' packaging requirements and recommend suitable products such as bottles, jars, caps, pumps, and other packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotations, assist in negotiating sales, and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and product presentations to strengthen customer relationships and increase sales.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade shows, and other business events as needed.
