Job summary

LRI Chroma Asia Inc is seeking a QA Supervisor/Engineer to ensure packaging products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

You will oversee the QA team, implement and maintain the Quality Management System, lead internal audits, analyze defects, and coordinate corrective actions to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities also include responding to customer complaints, calibrating testing equipment, and training staff to uphold ISO and company policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering Course or any related field.
• With at least 1–2 years related experience in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs.
• Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Analyze defects and quality issues; recommend improvements.
• Respond to customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train and supervise QA personnel; ensure calibration of testing equipment.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.
