Job summary

You will supervise the QA team, manage inspections, and ensure adherence to ISO policies and internal SOPs. Responsibilities include overseeing material and product inspections, leading internal audits, handling customer complaints, and coordinating corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing QA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Lead QA team and supervise inspection processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs.
• Perform internal audits, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Analyze defects and quality issues; recommend improvements.
• Respond to customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train QA personnel; ensure calibration of testing equipment.
