Job summary

Big E Food Corporation (Lemon Square) seeks a packaging development specialist to design, test and optimize packaging for Fresh Cakes and Packaged Cakes from concept to commercialization.

The role ensures packaging functionality, product protection, regulatory compliance and cost efficiency while aligning with branding and sustainability goals. Open to fresh graduates with some packaging development exposure in FMCG, collaboration with product, quality and supply chain teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other related field
• Open or fresh graduates but preferably at least (1) year experience in packaging development ideally within FMCG
• Knowledgeable in packaging machinery and materials technology is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and improve packaging systems for Fresh Cakes and Packaged Cakes
• Ensure packaging functionality, product protection, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency and alignment with branding and sustainability goals from concept to commercialization
